Registration now open for the next Change Leader Academy.
April 24-25
Madison, WI
The Change Leader Academy (CLA) is designed for dedicated individuals with little experience in leading change. Whether you are a beginner or have some experience in process improvement, the CLA will equip you to lead change projects and teams within your organization.
Attendees will be eligible to receive up to 12 CEUs for completion of the two-day workshop.
The academy consists of a two-day, on-site workshop for knowledge and skill development, led by a NIATx training team. Using a "Learn-Do-Share" approach, attendees will cover a variety of topics, including: Walk-throughs, Nominal Group Technique, Flowcharting, and the Plan, Do, Study, Act (PDSA) Cycle, designing change projects, measuring outcomes and more.
Following the workshop, participants will have access to phone and e-mail support as they work on their change projects in their own agencies over the course of the six month program. Prior to certification as a NIATx Change Leader, participants will complete a change project and achieve a modest improvement goal for their agency with support from their agency change team and the NIATx training team.
Held at the Pyle Center at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, WI.
The NIATx training team can travel to your location to present the full CLA program.
